Goltogel Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the goltogel platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.

Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the goltogel platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

To register and use the goltogel platform, users must:

Be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age required under applicable local law, whichever is higher.
Residing in or accessing the platform from a location where the use of such services is permitted by law.
Not appearing on any prohibition or restriction list imposed by any relevant authority.
Register using accurate, truthful, and complete information. Providing false information may result in account closure without prior notice.

Goltogel reserves the right to decline registration applications or terminate existing accounts without providing reasons where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including where there are indications of fraud or a breach of terms.

2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Account Creation and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the goltogel platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances.

Users are fully responsible for keeping their personal account information current and accurate. Any changes to your details should be updated in your account as soon as possible.

Password Security and Login

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. goltogel will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity that occurs in your account until we are notified of any unauthorised access.

3. Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Activities

Users of the goltogel platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities that may compromise the integrity of the platform, other users, or third parties:

Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access or manipulate the platform without authorisation.
Attempting to exploit technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or display errors to gain an unfair advantage.
Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity using the goltogel platform as a medium.
Sharing your account with any other individual or allowing third parties to access your account.
Distributing unlawful, harmful, offensive, or defamatory content through any platform feature that enables communication.
Circumventing, bypassing, or interfering with security measures implemented by the platform.

Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of existing balances, and potential legal action depending on the severity of the breach.

4. Payments, Transactions and Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)

All financial transactions on the goltogel platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and do not constitute proceeds of any unlawful activity.

Deposit

Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, and online banking through FPX. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are subject to change. All deposits are final once confirmed.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a bank account registered in the same name as the goltogel account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. goltogel reserves the right to require additional identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected method and amount. goltogel is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.

5. Account Policies, Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

Account Suspension and Closure

Goltogel reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, a request from a relevant authority, or at the platform management's discretion where reasonable grounds exist.

Users may also request closure of their own account by contacting customer support. Any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures following the necessary review.

Limitation of Liability

Goltogel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical delays, or processing errors.

The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding reliability or availability of service at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content on the goltogel platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces, is the exclusive property of goltogel or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without written authorisation.

Any infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

6. Third-Party Links, Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

The goltogel platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. goltogel is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Goltogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amended terms take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the goltogel platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any further action is taken.
